The East Central Florida Regional Planning Council created the Existing Land Use (ELU) field based from the Seminole County Existing Land Use Methodology/Crosswalk. This methodology was applied to 8 counties in Central Florida. This field contains 23 ELU Land Use Categories applied to DOR or Land Use Codes from parcel files by county. For any questions about the ELU field please contact East Central Florida Reginal Planning Council (all other fields besides ELU were created by each specified county).
